The top of the range MM94 multimeter from Martindale has a 600V CAT IV safety rating, current measurement up to 20A* and a selectable 6000 or 60000 count display all in a rugged design.

It measures both AC/DC voltage, resistance to 60MΩ, conductance to 60nS, capacitance to 6mf and frequency to 10MHz. Temperature measurements can be taken using the type K Thermocouple. Extra features include Min/Max and Peak measurement and a high frequency filter.
