When your confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate we have received your order. It does not confirm that a contract exists between us. Acceptance of your order, hence a contract will be upon us sending you an invoice. This term is to protect us in case we have inadvertently made a mistake in pricing, models have been superseded or similar situations. In the case of a change of price you will always be contacted to ensure that price is acceptable.
Getting your order to you swiftly and safely is of the utmost importance to us. That’s why we entrust our deliveries to carefully selected couriers. Delivery will normally be through TNT. A full postal address, including Post Code, must be provided along with a contact name and telephone number. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. This is a ‘signed for service’ for security and delivery can be up to 6pm.
The Standard Next Day Service is charged at £5 (excl VAT) for UK Mainland (with exceptions).
Delivery times are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Customers outside the UK should contact us for shipping costs.
All orders received through our Online Shop are processed and subject to stock availability and security checks, despatched the day of receiving the order. Orders must be received before 1:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 11:00pm Friday. Any orders received after these times will be despatched the following working day.
Please allow an extra 24 hrs if a Calibration Certificate has been ordered.
If your order is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be e-mailed with an expected delivery date and the option to cancel if you do not wish to wait. We do not charge for orders until they are ready to ship.
We do not hold your card details on our website. All card details are processed by our Payment Gateway Company, SagePay. If a card fails security checks, we can advise but cannot offer details, you would need to contact your Card issuing Bank.
VAT is charged at the current rate.
