The Fluke 1555 insulation resistance tester kit, offers digital insulation testing up to 10kV, making it ideal for testing a wide range of high voltage equipment. With measurement storage and PC interface, the 1555 is the perfect tool for preventive or predictive maintenance programs designed to identify potential equipment failures before they occur.
Fluke insulation testers can now conduct the entire range of test voltages specified in IEEE 43-2000 with a best in class, 3 year warranty and CAT IV 600 V safety rating.
Large liquid crystal display (LCD).
Polarization Index (PI).
Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR).
Ramp mode that linearly increases (100 V/s) the applied test voltage.
Test timer and storage for test results with user-defined ID tag.
Breakdown voltage indication.
Guard system eliminates the effect of surface leakage current on high-resistance measurements.
Rechargeable lead-acid battery.
Long battery life gives the user over 750 tests between charges.
Auto shutoff after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Infrared (IR) port for downloading test data.
PC software (supplied).
The Tester meets EN 61557 Parts 1 and 2; and EN 61010-1, CAT IV 600 V Pollution Degree 2 standards. CAT IV equipment is designed to protect against transients from the primary supply level, such as an electricity meter or an overhead or underground utility service.
