Designed for inspection and maintenance teams in industrial or administrative buildings, the Qualistar can provide a snapshot of the main electrical network quality characteristics. Easy to handle and precise, these instruments also offer a large number of calculated values and several processing functions.

The C.A 8336 is equipped with 4 voltage measurement channels and 4 current measurement channels. The Chauvin Arnoux C.A 8336 captures and records all the parameters, transients, alarms and waveforms simultaneously.

The measurement uncertainty of the C.A 8336 is better than 1% (not counting the uncertainties due to the current sensors). The device is also very flexible, with a choice of sensors allowing measurements ranging from a few milliamperes (MN93A) to several kiloamperes (AmpFLEX™).

The Qualistar is particularly simple to set up. Connection of the instrument is easy thanks to the colour-coded terminals and cables (coloured ring at each end of the cable). When it is switched on, the Qualistar automatically recognises all the current sensors connected, whatever their type.

The MINIFLEX MA193 flexible current sensor can be used to measure the current in a cable without opening the circuit. It also serves to isolate the user from hazardous voltages in the circuit.

The C.A8336 analyser's functions make it the ideal instrument for preventive or corrective maintenance. It can also be used to perform a complete energy survey of an installation.
