The GE Druck PACE1000 is a high precision single, dual or three channel pressure indicator designed as a pressure reference for test and calibration of other pressure devices such as pressure transducers, transmitters, analogue gauges, pressure switches and pressure relief/burst devices, along with other pressure instruments such as portable calibrators. PACE employs digitally characterised pressure sensors which offer the quality, stability and precision associated with this latest generation of piezo-resistive and resonant devices.

The PACE Pressure Indicator measures both pneumatic and hydraulic pressures and displays, on a colour touch-screen, the measured pressure and instrument status. The touch-screen enables selections and settings in measuring modes. The instrument can be operated remotely through communication interfaces.

The colour touch screen display of the PACE1000 can be configured by a user to indicate up to three pressure measurements from a possible five sensor inputs; three internal sensors and two external universal pressure modules.

The rear of the instrument houses all the electrical and pressure input connections. The electrical connections provide a power supply, serial and parallel communication interfaces, pressure ports and option ports.

The instrument can be used as follows:

Free-standing instrument positioned on a horizontal surface.
Rack-mounted in a standard 19 inch rack using the rack-mount option kit.
Panel mount using the panel-mount option kit.
