Megger TXL870 Utility Load Unit
The Torkel TXL870 Telecom battery load unit is designed to provide higher load currents when used with the Megger TORKEL battery testers.
NB: The Megger TXL870 Utility (BS-59007) is supplied without accessories.
The Megger TXL870 load unit is designed for use together with TORKEL battery testers. Their purpose is to provide higher load currents for use in constant current or constant power tests. Together, TORKEL and the TXL extra loads form a system that can discharge batteries with currents of up to several kA. TXL extra loads are connected directly to the battery, and TORKEL measures the total current using a clamp-on ammeter.
The Torkel TXL870 extra load unit is shut down automatically when TORKEL is stopped.
