The Clare Hal 103 Safety Electrical Tester (formerly the HAL combi) is a powerful tool to assist in the analysis of the safety of electrical and electronic equipment. A range of tests are provided, with innovative features to aid difficult test situations, which allow testing of a wide variety of equipment.

The HAL 103 is designed for simple manual testing and automatic mode for large volume applications in the most demanding environments. It is designed for use in manufacturing, laboratory, maintenance and high speed production environments either as a stand-alone test instrument or as an integrated part of a production line system.

The HAL 103 has DC and selectable 50 or 60 Hz outputs for flash testing and incorporates a 0-40A constant current low voltage ground bond test. Other features include a large high contrast bar graph display of the test output and measured test parameters. The Clare HAL103 is a fast and efficient automatic industrial test solution, which records results and enables accurate testing to be carried out in line with relevant standards at all times.
