For UK customers, the Waterproof Pocketherm model P125W/82 complies with the United Kingdom Food Standards Agency “House Rules Temperature Control” for HACCP, that reheated food must reach an internal temperature of 82°C. With an upper cooked temperature limit set to 82°C, food is reheated perfectly every time.

The Comark Pocketherm P125W/82 is a pocket sized waterproof handheld folding probe digital thermometer. Pocketherm thermometers are intended for quick checks on frozen, chilled or cooked food in catering environments. There is audible and visual indication when temperature measurements fall into any of three HACCP temperature zones for frozen food, chilled food and cooked meat. This version also comes complete with a Certificate of Calibration (+5°C and +70°C).

Designed for ease of use in the kitchen and other food production areas, the fold out thin tip steel probe (1.5mm) allows the user to select the best angle to take different temperatures. The P125W/82 Food Thermometer is suitable for both air and product temperature measurement and provides excellent accuracy.
