Introducing The New FLIR Exx-Series
A Thermal Camera for Every Budget

For hardworking professionals in predictive maintenance, electrical, and building inspection, the most valuable tools are the ones that increase work efficiency and help them identify potential problems before they lead to expensive repairs. The new FLIR Exx-Series brings that value with a range of full-featured handheld thermal cameras fit for every budget.

Exx-Series cameras come equipped with FLIR Inspection Route. This camera mode guides users along a defined route across multiple locations and organises images and data connected with each inspected asset. Users create a route in FLIR Thermal Studio Pro* with the Route Creator* plugin, then download it to the camera to streamline inspections and speed up post-processing and reporting. CONDITION MONITORING

Improve plant reliability and avoid unexpected downtime through routine inspection with a rugged, handheld Exx-Series camera. Vibrant thermal images help manufacturing and facilities inspectors spot overheating equipment so they can immediately diagnose the issue, begin repairs, and prevent equipment failures.

RECOMMENDED MODELS: E76, E86, E96

ELECTRICAL/POWER GENERATION INSPECTION

Perform thorough surveys, prevent equipment failures, and maintain safety with routine inspections using a 640 × 480 handheld thermal imaging camera. The higher resolution detector allows inspectors to stand at a safe distance when surveying potentially hazardous targets.

RECOMMENDED MODEL: E96

BUILDING INSPECTION

Improve energy efficiency and discover insulation voids, roof leaks, HVAC deficiencies and more with the Exx-Series. Instead of wasting time hunting for the problem, users can quickly validate the need for comprehensive repairs and demonstrate the extent of the damage through easily-interpreted thermal images.

RECOMMENDED MODELS: E54, E86.

Each FLIR Exx-Series is packed with the features needed to find hot spots, detect early signs of building deficiencies, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and prevent problems before they cause serious damage. These latest Exx-Series models offer up to 640 × 480 pixel thermal imaging and onboard inspection routing to speed up surveys and simplifying reporting.
