The GMI PS500 CO2 combines quality and ruggedness in a user friendly, portable gas detector. Small and lightweight, it is suitably certified to recognised International Standards. The PS500-CO2 detects 0-5% volume CO2 reliably and accurately using infrared capabilities. The large display font allows for easy measurement reading. The PS500-CO2 is particularly useful n noisy environments, featuring a very loud (95dBA) penetrating and distinctive audible alarm, together with high visibility large area visual alarm.

The PS500 is used for confined space applications, for example, in sewers, underground piping or within tanks, and other personal monitoring applications. Its high intensity audible and bright visual alarms provide early warning of dangerous gas levels. The instrument is operated by a single button providing the user with a simple to use gas detector.
