For basic electrical insulation testing, choose the compact Fluke 1503 - a rugged, compact tool that handles the most common tests at a most affordable price. The remote test probe makes it easy to perform insulation and continuity tests in awkward area.

The Fluke 1503 enters the “Sleep mode” and blanks the display if there is no function change or button press for 10 minutes. This is done to conserve battery power. The 1503 comes out of Sleep mode when a key is pressed or when the rotary switch is turned.
