SOFAMEL PEKE-5/36 Compact 5 to 36kV Voltage Detector with telescopic operating pole
At the recent Safety and Health Expo held in London between the 16-18th June, Sofamel 
introduced the PEKE-5/36 Voltage Detector. With a rated voltage between 5 - 36 kV, what made the PEKE-5/36 stand out was its telescopic insulating pole and the size. The whole unit can be stored in a belt clipped bag/holster, so that the detector can always be ready for action. Measuring only 34cm closed and with a total extended length (including the voltage detector) of 95 cm, this really is a portable instrument that should be in every engineers toolbox.
